I guide people through conscious breath, body and mind-based practices, supporting the nervous system to
release held tension and allowing new ways of seeing and being to emerge that benefit the whole. This work requires curiosity to go beyond your ordinary perspective, to resolve inner and outer conflict and find fresh paths
forward in life, your relationships and the world.

This work is for you if you are…

・Stuck in a rut, creatively or personally, and long for a renewed sense of direction.
・Wanting to feel at home in your body and befriend your nervous system.
・Navigating conflict and are ready for resolution.
・Longing for meaning and a felt connection to something greater.
・Wishing to reclaim ancient ways of knowing and healing in community.
・In therapy but plateaued—and are curious about embodied work that helps move stuck patterns.

The beautiful artwork above is by a dear friend and incredible artist, Christophe Souques.
I am grateful to display it here, as I feel it sublimely expresses the essence of how I work.

About Me

I am a breath and bodywork facilitator, a meditation teacher and a student of the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy. I work from a foundational conviction that when we meet our inner and outer world with curiosity, care and openness, tightly held patterns can start to move.

I work with compassion and depth. I support nervous system release and a gentle return to a fundamental knowing of basic goodness, which is ultimately the space of healing and liberation from tightly-held view points that keep us stuck.

My work is informed by my 12-year study of Dzogchen meditation, Holosomatic Therapy (conscious breath, somatic practices), transformational conflict resolution and my apprenticeship with plant medicine elders. I’m passionate about modes of healing and resolving conflict that happen in community, where we overcome the barriers of invulnerability and disconnect, and return to the fundamental loving truth of our being.

I look forward to meeting you and beginning our explorations together.

“Lizzie’s advice and guidance feels like it comes from that higher place, is never shrouded in cognitive reasoning that seeks to separate, but always comes from love and connectedness to all things. It is rare gift and it always inspires me.”

1-1 Transformational Breath & Bodywork Sessions

In 2-hour sessions we work with the breath and somatic practices to reset and strengthen your nervous system, release held tension, shift habitual thinking and reactions, and bring to light new perspectives on a life situation or challenge. The breath powerfully moves inner material, creates space and softening for new pathways to form and returns us to an innate knowing of inseparability. Perfect if you are wanting to reconnect to your body, feel more open and inspired by life, or integrate insights from other therapeutic work, spiritual practice or retreat experiences.

“The journeying I have done under your guidance has shown me how to connect again to myself. I am not clinging to anything outside myself now, and feel a true sense of growth and release from the work that has been done.” - Client

Creative Revelation: Life as Art, Eros and Wisdom

This is work for artists seeking to rekindle the wild creativity and inspiration that gives life meaning, depth, energy and power. Together we create a container for your artistic genius to thrive. Through a potent quality of attention, I walk along side you in your exploration of mind, feelings, imagination and energy to uncover unique revelatory truths that are yours to bring forth in the world. Whether you identify as an artist or not, this work is for you. We are creative beings and when we disconnect from this innate creative confidence we feel lost and groundless. To rediscover our identity as Artist in our own life is to be alive with Eros and access the vibrancy of revelation. This work centres of re-finding your creative spark, your genius rooted in the life wisdom for which you are a channel in this world.

Private Small Group Breath Ceremonies

Held at my ceremony space in Leigh Woods, with a maximum of 4 people, these small group breath ceremonies are a beautiful way to journey and connect with friends in an intimate and caring setting. Often bought as gifts for a loved one or to mark life transitions and thresholds, these rituals offer precious space to connect more deeply with intention and to have a profound shared experience. We open and close with intention and ritual, and there is space for creative integration. Book our on-site sauna in addition to integrate your journeys in a deeply embodied and relaxing way.

Medicine Retreats in Portugal

Held in the stunning mountains of northern Portugal and blending ceremonial work with psilocybin mushrooms, sacred connection to nature, breathwork, movement, meditation and creative reflection, the retreat awakens our innate capacity to heal. With a carefully held container and deep reverence for the more-than-human world, it invites participants to step out of the way of their own natural healing process, illuminate what has been hidden, release old patterns, and replenish the deepest parts of themselves.
