My work is an invitation to explore, to open to new ways of perceiving and understanding ourselves and our lives. Below are the methods of exploration I most commonly use in 1:1 sessions, groups or retreats.
In our work together, I offer practices and explorations that invite connection: to breath and body, to the nature of mind, to imagination and dream, to the intelligence of plants, to song and prayer. These timeless approaches open doorways into new ways of perceiving, not as escapes from reality, but as ways of meeting life and yourself more fully and
finding a deeper sense of meaning.
From there, we work with what arises, we integrate insights and experiences so they root deeply into daily life. The aim is always to deepen connection: to awareness itself, to a sense of the whole, and to your own agency to be of benefit in the world.
This work is not about fixing or bypassing. It is about expanding, softening, and opening — so that life can reveal more of itself through you.
