Explorations and Practices
Below are the methods of exploration I most commonly use in 1:1 sessions, groups or retreats.
I offer practices and explorations that invite connection: to breath and body, to the nature of mind, to imagination and dream, to the intelligence of plants, to song and prayer. These timeless approaches open doorways into new ways of perceiving, not as escapes from reality, but as ways of meeting life and yourself more fully and finding a deeper sense of meaning.
Each practice has profoundly contributed to my life and understanding of the world.
I am grateful to all my teachers and guides and pray I may pass along the learnings with humility, skill and grace.
