Nature of Mind

I’ve been a student of Dzogchen, the “Great Perfection”, since 2008. It is a Tibetan Buddhist tradition that invites us to recognise a naturally open, caring awareness at the heart of experience, inseparable from everything we sense and feel. With the support of my teachers and their direct guidance, I learned to rest in this simple presence, moment by moment—so thoughts and emotions can unwind on their own. This trust in basic goodness now infuses my life and how I work with clients.
