Timings

6.30-9.30pm
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

NB: In hot weather, ensure to hydrate well over the day before coming for the breath ceremony and sauna. If you feel very tired or drained, please let Lizzie know before or when you arrive. The practice can be adjusted to support you in the best way.

Intention for your journey

Breathwork is a powerful practice for opening new perspectives and supporting shifts in habitual patterns of thinking and feeling.

Take a moment to feel into what’s alive for you at the moment. I recommend bringing a positively oriented intention, something you’d like to move towards, deepen, or invite in.

We’ll begin the session with some space for sharing. After the breathwork, you’ll move into the sauna to integrate your journeys in a relaxed and embodied way.

I look forward to being together!
